Theraputic Art Meditations

Theraputic Art Meditations

You might have heard me talk about the power behind art as therapy. After all, I have been an artist in some form or another my entire life.

For me, art is a direct connection to my spiritual self. It is a meditation. An invitation to go deep within, where no one else can reach. It’s a movement, a flow, taking me from my head to my heart. Art allows me to express myself in a way that words can’t. It taps into a space within me that’s otherwise unreachable.

It is absolutely, undoubtedly a form of meditation.

What is a Creative Art Meditation?

Creative art meditations are guided meditations blended with a creative, therapeutic art activity.  This is a powerful method to help you tap into self discovery and healing.

Creative Art Meditations give you a place to be messy and imperfect and authentic. A place to connect to yourself, be in the moment, find your flow.

These meditations are designed for everyday people. There’s absolutely no experience needed.

These meditations have nothing to do with creating a beautiful piece of art.

It’s all about the process of self discovery

It’s about using art to pull out feelings and emotions that have been lying dormant under the surface. Creative art meditations allow you to express your feelings and discover your inner strengths and overcome obstacles.  To heal whatever’s inside you that’s holding you back from living the life you want.

Experience Creative Art Meditations for Yourself

In September I’ll be launching these meditations on my YouTube channel. I encourage you to try one out. You’ll be working in the privacy of your own space, so there is no pressure, no expectations. Just show up with an open mind and an open heart.  I’ll be there in the video to guide and support you through the entire creative process so you can begin to tap into self discovery and healing.

I’ll let you know when the first video becomes available. And I’d love to hear your experience with it.
