Clay kit group activities.

Welcome to Breathe People, I'm so happy you're here.

Consider this your sanctuary for unplugged creativity and connection, an authentic experience and respite from the digital world.

I've crafted these easy steps to maximize your experience with your Meditative Art Kit.

Feel free to follow them step by step, or if you're feeling adventurous, dive straight in without a roadmap. The choice is entirely yours.

The only thing I ask is that you dedicate this time as self-care. Unplug, take deep breaths, and connect with your creative self. Revel in the process. This time is all about you.

Step 1: Create Your Space

Creating a cozy, dedicated art-making space is an important ritual. It's not just about the art; it's a commitment to immersing ourselves fully in the creative process. My go-to method for elevating the creative experience involves engaging all five senses.

So ignite a candle, cocoon yourself in your favorite blanket, brew a cup of your favorite coffee or tea, and let the soothing sounds of your favorite calming music envelop you.

These intentional actions transform your space into a cozy haven, perfectly primed for unleashing your artistic expression.

Step 2: Meditation

Using art for self-care is a really great way to calm anxiety, bring yourself into the present moment, and tap into your creative side.

I've created these simple guided meditations to help you release mind chatter and get in the right headspace to tap into your creative flow.

Step 3: Artmaking + Journaling

Now’s the perfect moment to dive into your creativity. Immerse yourself completely in the art-making journey. Forget about perfection; it's all about embracing the process, taking that time for yourself to connect with your creativity. No need to stick to the rules; let your intuition be your guide.

Enjoy every step of the process. If the urge to journal strikes during your art-making session, go ahead—pause, write a bit, and then return to your art. Alternatively, you can wait until you've finished the piece to reflect through journaling. It's entirely up to you to shape your artistic experience.
