In a world that glorifies hustle and distraction, Breathe People is a quiet rebellion—a reminder that slowing down is not weakness, it’s power.
This isn’t just another art project. It’s an invitation to unplug, pick up your hands, and create something that can’t be scrolled past. Here, connection matters—connection to yourself, to the people you love, and to the moments that actually last.
About Rebecca
Hi, I’m Rebecca — I'm Rebecca — an artist, therapeutic art mentor, meditation guide, and woman who’s navigated her own seasons of burnout, anxiety, and disconnection.
I started Breathe People because I was overwhelmed.
By the noise. The notifications. The pressure to be calm, productive, balanced, perfect.
I didn’t want another routine. I wanted to feel. To move. To put my hands in something real.
So I started making. Not for the outcome — but for the process.
For the breath it gave me.
For the moment I could finally hear myself again.
That’s what brought me back. And it’s what I want to share with you.
What We Believe
Breathe People exists for one purpose:
To bring people back to themselves through creative process.
Not to produce art for praise.
Not to perform peace for the algorithm.
But to feel, to explore, to express.
We make meditative art kits that blend gentle creativity with guided presence —
a soft structure for your self-expression, especially when you're unsure where to begin.
Whether it's clay, watercolor, or paint-by-number, our kits are:
– beginner-friendly and mess-welcoming
– grounded in process, not perfection
– supported by optional meditations and prompts that meet you where you are
You don’t need to be calm to start.
You don’t need to know what you're doing.
You just need to show up — and let the doing do its work.
Our Deeper Why
We’re not here to help you “stay grounded” all the time.
We’re here to offer you a creative way to move through what you feel —
especially the messy, unscripted, hard-to-articulate parts of being human.
This work is a quiet rebellion against a world that tells you to regulate before you're allowed to exist.
Here, you don’t have to tidy yourself up.
You get to create as you are.
We’re building:
– tools that support real connection with self and others
– spaces that welcome all your emotions
– a future where creative process is recognized as vital, not optional
– a matriarchal, art-led community launching in 2026 — a sanctuary for expression, not performance
You Belong Here If…
– You’re tired of wellness routines that feel like chores
– You want to feel your feelings — not fix them
– You’re craving quiet moments that don’t involve your phone
– You feel most like yourself when you're making something with your hands
– You want to explore your creativity without being asked to “be good at it”
– You believe art is for everyone — and healing is allowed to be messy
