Real tools. No rules.

This 5-piece brush set was handpicked by founder and artist Rebecca Lane to give casual painters and creative beginners a well-rounded, high-quality starting point — without overwhelm or flimsy, frustrating tools.

Whether you're experimenting for the first time or looking to upgrade from dollar-store brushes, this set gives you the freedom to explore, mess around, and make something real.

Real Tools. No Rules. Five Round Brushes for Every Technique.

Size 0 for the finest detail lines. Size 8 for broad watercolor washes. Everything in between handled. This five-piece round brush set covers the full range without the clutter of sizes you'll never reach for — high quality synthetic bristles that hold pigment well, spring back cleanly, and keep their shape over time. Smooth wooden handles that feel good in the hand. Built for beginners. Reliable enough for working artists. Pairs with the entire Breathe People watercolor collection.

Watercolor pencils are the perfect bridge between sketching and painting — and this set makes it beautifully simple to start.

This 12-color set is ideal for beginners, casual creatives, and anyone who wants more control than traditional watercolor offers.

It’s a hybrid that gives you the best of both worlds; the familiarity of a pencil and the magic of watercolor

This is the watercolor set for people who want to paint… without turning it into a performance.

I’ve partnered with Meeden, a trusted art supply brand, to offer this 12-color watercolor tube set as an easy, high-quality entry point into painting with feeling. It is a favorite of mine for its smooth flow, reliable pigment, and beginner-friendly simplicity.

It pairs beautifully with our watercolor sketch pads and meditative art workbooks, making it easy to create a complete, nourishing art ritual at home.

Each tube is .4 fl oz, giving you plenty of paint to explore without overwhelm. The color range is thoughtfully balanced so you can mix, layer, and play without needing a hundred options.

This sketch pad is for the moments when you want to paint… but don’t want to overthink it.

The Watercolor Sketch Pad is designed for slow, intuitive painting, emotional color play, and quiet creative breaks. It’s the kind of paper you reach for when you want to feel something, not perform something.

With 20 sheets of thick, cold press 300 gsm watercolor paper, it holds water beautifully without buckling and gives your paint room to move. The 6x8 size makes it easy to pick up, travel with, and use without pressure.

And because it’s beautiful, tactile, and unintimidating, this sketchpad is perfect for:

• people who love watercolor but hate perfection

• beginners who want a safe place to practice

• creatives who just need somewhere to put their feelings

It’s a gentle place to land. A place to test colors, follow intuition, and let your hands lead.

Twenty-Four Colors. Zero Setup. Just Open and Make Something.

A set of 24 rich, high quality oil pastels in vibrant, blendable color. No experience needed. No prep required. A perfect DIY craft or analog activity for a quick creative break, a guided session, or open-ended making. A thoughtful gift under $20 that anyone can pick up and use right now.

Five wood watercolor brushes sized and built for kid hands

The Petite Artisan Watercolor Brush Set gives young artists five wood-handled brushes in sizes 2 through 10. Wide enough for background washes, fine enough for detail work, and sturdy enough to actually hold up through a painting session. A proper set of tools, the kind of birthday add-on that gets used every single time they paint.

This is the gouache set I keep reaching for.

Made in partnership with Meeden — a trusted, high-quality art supply brand — this set of 24 rich, blendable colors is a solid, beginner-friendly option for casual painters who want more freedom than watercolor and more flow than acrylic.

Each tube is .4 fl oz, giving you a generous range to explore without the pressure of perfection. Gouache is an incredibly versatile medium that works for intuitive painting, layering, journaling, or color play — and these pigments hold up beautifully on mixed media and watercolor paper.

This is professional-feeling paint made for everyday artists.
No pressure. Just color.
