Meditative Art Workshops

Art as ritual. Healing in community.

Something beautiful is unfolding—a kind of creative revival—and I’d love for you to be part of shaping it with me.

You know my heart’s work through Breathe People—the Meditative Art Kits I’ve poured myself into, blending art, emotional healing, and meditation into something that feels like ritual. Up until now, they’ve been designed for individuals, quiet moments of personal reflection.

But the next chapter is about community healing.

Workshops. Group rituals. Studio-led healing experiences that help people reconnect—to themselves, to each other, to something sacred.

And honestly, I really can't build this alone.

I want to build it with facilitators like you—people who understand the magic that happens when breath meets creativity and presence.

I’m inviting a small circle of facilitators and studios to co-host these first Meditative Art Workshops—to help me shape and refine them before they’re released into the world. You’ll bring your people, your space, your energy. I’ll bring the full experience: the materials, the flow, the facilitation. Together, we’ll create something deeply meaningful for your community.

Meet the Meditative Art Workshops

Before we dive into the details, I want to show you the heart of these gatherings — the art rituals themselves.

Each workshop is built around one of four Meditative Art Kits, carefully designed to hold a specific emotional landscape.

Every kit combines tactile artmaking, Yoga Nidra guided meditation, and reflective journaling, creating an experience that helps people move, feel, and heal — together.

These aren’t just projects. They’re practices.

A return to slowness, reverence, and creative connection through community.

Grief & Honoring with Clay

This workshop invites participants to move gently with grief—shaping memory, love, and self-compassion into form. After a Yoga Nidra guided meditation, we’ll create honoring vessels from clay, representing what we wish to remember or release. Some may honor a loved one; others, parts of themselves ready to be seen again. Through touch and reflection, the process becomes a ritual of reverence. A closing journaling practice helps ground what surfaced and remind us that honoring others begins with honoring ourselves.

Workshop focus: grounding, remembrance, self-compassion, emotional release.

We’ll close with reflective journaling to anchor what surfaced, gently exploring what it means to honor the past while also honoring the self that continues forward.

Workshop focus: grounding, remembrance, self-compassion, emotional release, honoring transitions.

Exploring Transitions with Watercolor

This experience explores the beauty of surrender. We begin with a Yoga Nidra meditation to soften control and open to change, then paint with watercolor—allowing color to move freely, just as life does. As pigments merge and flow, participants reflect on endings, beginnings, and what remains steady beneath transition. The final journaling prompts invite clarity and peace in the in-between.

Workshop focus: acceptance, surrender, impermanence, mindfulness in motion.

Resilience + Empowerment with Acrylic Gouache

This session explores the layered nature of strength. Following a grounding Yoga Nidra meditation, participants paint with acrylic gouache—layering bold color over what came before. Each stroke becomes a reminder of renewal: what’s covered can be rebuilt, what’s broken can become foundation. Journaling anchors that energy, helping participants identify where their resilience lives and what new power is rising.

Workshop focus: self-renewal, empowerment, rebuilding confidence, resilience.

Inner Child Connection with Sketch + Oil Pastels

This playful, heart-centered workshop reconnects participants with their inner child. A gentle Yoga Nidra meditation sets the stage for uninhibited creation using sketch pens and oil pastels. Through color and movement, participants rediscover joy, curiosity, and creative freedom. We close with journaling—writing a brief letter of kindness or encouragement to the self that’s learning to play again.

Workshop focus: playfulness, creative freedom, self-trust, reawakening joy.

How It Works

Here’s what this looks like in practice — simple, collaborative, and heart-led.

You open your space and invite your community.

I’ll bring everything else — the art kits, the materials, the structure, and the facilitation.

Together, we’ll hold a creative ritual that feels equal parts art class, meditation, and community healing circle.

Each workshop will center around one of my Meditative Art Kits, blending hands-on creation, Yoga Nidra meditation, and guided journaling to help participants slow down, process, and reconnect.

You don’t need to design anything or manage logistics — just co-host and hold space for your people while I lead the session.

Think of it as a creative partnership — an opportunity to offer something soulful and new to your community while helping design a program that will eventually support facilitators around the world.

Here's what you get

🌿 A fully supported experience.

I’ll lead the workshop and guide participants through the creative process. You simply co-host and participate if you'd like.

🌿 A chance to offer something new.

These workshops create a deeper kind of connection — one your community will talk about long after it ends.

🌿 You keep the event revenue.

You’ll cover only the product cost for each kit; the rest of the income stays with your studio or business.

🌿 Collaborative feedback.

After each workshop, you’ll share honest reflections — what resonated, what could deepen, and how participants responded.

Your insight directly shapes how this offering will evolve.

🌿 Gentle documentation.

When possible, I’d love to capture and share a few photos or short clips to help show the magic of these gatherings — always with your consent.

🌿 An invitation to co-create something bigger.

As a beta partner, you’ll help shape the foundation of the Meditative Art Facilitator Certification launching in 2026 — and you’ll have first access when it opens.

About Rebecca

I’m Rebecca Lane, founder of Breathe People and creator of the Meditative Art Method — a practice born from my own healing.

For years, art has been how I’ve made sense of the world — a way to move through loss, find calm, and reconnect when words fell short.

Now, my work is about sharing that process with others — partnering with teachers, facilitators, and studios to bring meditative art into community spaces.

Together, we can offer something people are quietly craving: the chance to slow down, create with their hands, and remember that art itself can be medicine.

If this speaks to you — if you can already picture your community gathered in quiet creation, breathing, painting, shaping, remembering — I’d love to collaborate with you.

This beta round is small and intentional, built around connection, experimentation, and shared purpose.

You bring your people and your space. I’ll bring the workshop, the materials, and the heart behind it.

Together, we’ll create something that nourishes our community — and helps shape the next chapter of the Meditative Art Method for facilitators everywhere.
